This is the second Beyond Gender Conference. The first one was wonderful It's a lowkey event, so if festivals seem a bit overwhelming, this is perfect! We'd love to have you join us at our booth as we hand out some swag, give out hugs, and be a loving and welcoming presence for everyone there.
Free Mom Hugs volunteers who participate in helping at our table during the conference will not have to pay the attendance fee, however they will have to pay for any meals they need should they stay long enough to need them.
Friday - 1pm to 7pm - Vendor Table Open
Variety Hour - Friday night 8pm to 9:30pm - $15 per person
Saturday - 10am to 5pm - Vendor Table Open
6:30pm to 8:00pm Masquerade Reception ~ Ballroom
7:30pm to 8:00pm Keynote Address ~ Open to all guests ~Ballroom
8:00pm to10:00pm COSTUME CONTEST & DANCE w/live DJ

In Support of Free Mom Hugs
Free Mom Hugs is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to empower the world to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community through visibility, education and conversation. Born of one Oklahoma mom’s simple act of wearing a homemade Free Mom Hugs button to a Pride festival, today Free Mom Hugs has more than 50,000 volunteers, chapters in all 50 states, and affiliate chapters around the world.
Free Mom Hugs volunteers give hugs and go beyond the hug, too. Our volunteers give hugs at events and other gatherings and further support and affirm LGBTQIA+ individuals through public education and outreach. Free Mom Hugs actively partners with brands, companies and organizations to support our chapters and initiatives including chapter programs, events and education.
All donations are made to Free Mom Hugs, a national nonprofit organization, and may be used to support local, regional, or national programming.
