  • 🏳️‍🌈 Atlanta Pride 2026 – Free Mom Hugs Booth Volunteers 🏳️‍⚧️

    We’re so excited to be back at Atlanta Pride on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11! This is one of our biggest and busiest events of the year, and we need lots of amazing Free Mom Hugs volunteers to help us fill our booth with love, hugs, visibility, education, and conversation! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

    Please sign up for the time slot(s) you are available to volunteer on Saturday and/or Sunday. You are absolutely welcome to select more than one shift!

    If you’re able and would like to stay with us for the entire day, simply select the “ALL DAY” option for that day instead of choosing individual time slots.

    Volunteers will help us greet Pride attendees, offer hugs (with permission!), share information about Free Mom Hugs, hand out available materials, and most importantly, help us create the loving and affirming presence our community knows us for.

    Atlanta Pride is a BIG weekend, so whether you can give us a couple of hours or spend the whole day with us, we are incredibly grateful to have you there! 🤗🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

    Please only select the shifts you feel confident you’ll be able to attend so we can make sure our booth is adequately staffed throughout the weekend.

In Support of Free Mom Hugs

Free Mom Hugs is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to empower the world to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community through visibility, education and conversation. Born of one Oklahoma mom’s simple act of wearing a homemade Free Mom Hugs button to a Pride festival, today Free Mom Hugs has more than 50,000 volunteers, chapters in all 50 states, and affiliate chapters around the world.


Free Mom Hugs volunteers give hugs and go beyond the hug, too. Our volunteers give hugs at events and other gatherings and further support and affirm LGBTQIA+ individuals through public education and outreach. Free Mom Hugs actively partners with brands, companies and organizations to support our chapters and initiatives including chapter programs, events and education.


All donations are made to Free Mom Hugs, a national nonprofit organization, and may be used to support local, regional, or national programming.
