Volunteer at the SC Pride Festival. The festival is adjacent to Soda City market and runs from 12-9 p.m. on Main Street. Concerts usually last until about 11pm on the Main Stage. Our booth will be available from noon-5pm.
We have three shift options. The first shift includes set up and the last shift includes tear down. Please wear your Free Mom Hugs shirt.

In Support of Free Mom Hugs
Free Mom Hugs is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to empower the world to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community through visibility, education and conversation. Born of one Oklahoma mom’s simple act of wearing a homemade Free Mom Hugs button to a Pride festival, today Free Mom Hugs has more than 50,000 volunteers, chapters in all 50 states, and affiliate chapters around the world.
Free Mom Hugs volunteers give hugs and go beyond the hug, too. Our volunteers give hugs at events and other gatherings and further support and affirm LGBTQIA+ individuals through public education and outreach. Free Mom Hugs actively partners with brands, companies and organizations to support our chapters and initiatives including chapter programs, events and education.
All donations are made to Free Mom Hugs, a national nonprofit organization, and may be used to support local, regional, or national programming.
